1. Order Processing Timelines

  • All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after your order is placed.
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment your order is received, and a secondary notification containing tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

2. Delivery Windows & Timelines

We source from a curated global network to bring you unique lifestyle goods.

Because we curate our collections from specialized regional distributors to bring you unique lifestyle goods, our standard transit timeline is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Domestic Tracked Shipping: 7 to 14 business days (Fully Trackable)
  • Please Note: While the vast majority of orders arrive on the earlier side of this window, localized carrier delays, peak shopping seasons, or customs processing can occasionally cause a shipment to take the full 14 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & The $50 Free Tier

We automate our checkout rates to encourage cohesive lifestyle bundling:
  • Standard Tracked Shipping (Orders under $49.99): $9.00 flat rate.
  • Free Standard Shipping (Orders $99 and over): FREE site-wide on all domestic shipments within the USA.

4. Why Your Items May Arrive in Separate Packages

To get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, items ordered across different categories (such as combining a heavy item from The Home Rebuild with an accessory from Modern Connections) may ship from separate regional partner warehouses.

  • If your order is split, you will receive individual tracking links for each package. Do not worry if one item arrives a few days before the rest—your entire fresh start is safely on its way.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Every single shipment is fully trackable. When your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email containing a carrier tracking number and a live monitoring link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's scanning system to update the transit status for the first time.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking status has not updated in over 5 business days, or if your package has not successfully arrived within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team immediately at hello@novusual.com.
Include your name and order number so our team can open a direct investigation with the carrier and resolve the delay for you without delay.
