Is Novusual a substitute for therapy or counseling?

No — and we want to be clear about that. Novusual is a lifestyle and digital resource brand, not a mental health service. Our workbooks, journals, and guides are self-directed tools designed to help you reflect, process, and move forward at your own pace. They are not clinical, they are not therapy, and they are not a replacement for professional mental health care.

So what is Novusual actually for?

Are your digital workbooks professionally written?

Yes. Our guides are written with care, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of what our customers are navigating. Each one is structured to be practical, honest, and immediately usable — not generic, not clinical, not preachy.

Can I purchase a product as a gift?

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email with a secure download link. Your download is also accessible from your order confirmation page. Files are delivered as PDFs, compatible with all devices.

What devices can I use to open my download?

Any device that opens PDFs — iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, or PC. We recommend GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Reader for the best experience, especially if you want to fill in the workbook digitally.

Can I print my digital download?

Yes. All digital products are print-ready. Print at home or at any local print shop for a physical copy you can write in by hand.

My download link isn't working. What do I do?

Email us at hello@novusual.com with your order number and we will resend your link immediately. If your link has expired, we'll generate a fresh one at no charge.

Can I share my digital download with others?

Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Please do not distribute or resell the file. If someone in your life needs it, purchasing a copy for them is the best way to share it — and it supports the work that makes these resources possible.

Are digital products refundable?

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final once the file has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most physical orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Because we source from a global supplier network, delivery times are slightly longer than domestic-only retailers — but every order is fully trackable from the moment it ships.

When will I get my tracking number?

Within 2–3 business days of placing your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it — then email us at hello@novusual.com and we'll locate it right away.

Do you ship to all US states?

Yes — all 50 US states. Free shipping applies automatically on all orders over $99.

Does free shipping apply to digital products or mixed orders?

Free shipping applies to physical products only. To qualify, the value of the physical items in your cart must total $99 or more on their own. Digital downloads do not ship and therefore do not count toward the free shipping threshold — and they cannot be combined with physical products to reach the $99 minimum. For example, a $60 physical item plus $40 in digital downloads does not qualify. Only the subtotal of shippable, physical products is counted. If your physical item subtotal reaches $99 or more, free shipping will apply automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Novusual ships within the United States only. International shipping is coming. Email us at hello@novusual.com to be notified when we expand.

Will my order arrive in branded packaging?

All physical orders ship in completely unbranded, discreet packaging — no logos, no labels, nothing that identifies the contents. Your order is between you and you.

My order hasn't arrived after 14 business days. What do I do?

Contact us at hello@novusual.com if your order hasn't arrived within 16 business days. We will investigate and resolve it — either by locating the shipment or issuing a replacement or refund. We stand behind every order.

Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us at hello@novusual.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered our fulfillment network, we cannot intercept it — but our returns policy will apply upon arrival.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will replace or refund it — no questions asked. Email hello@novusual.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — immediately after purchase. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for physical products?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you're not satisfied. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible. Final sale items are non-refundable.

Who covers return shipping?

We cover return shipping if the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes — enter your code at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Privacy & Discretion

Is my purchase private?

Completely. Physical orders ship in unbranded packaging. Digital products are delivered to your email with no identifying brand information in the file name. We understand the sensitivity of what our customers are navigating, and discretion is built into everything we do.

Do you sell or share my personal information?

Do you send marketing emails?

Only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We will never add you to a list without your consent.
