Return & Exchange Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on any digital purchase. This applies regardless of whether the file has been downloaded or accessed.
Exchange Option
If you are unsatisfied with your digital purchase, we offer a one-time exchange for another digital product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the title of the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
